Premier Coaching & Training was created in 2005 on a foundation of practical experience and measurable results beginning with Luke’s real-life experience of developing healthcare referral sources and engaging families making healthcare decisions while at Bryn Mawr Rehab Hospital.  Experience developing and leading sales team as a senior executive in the assisted living industry, adult day healthcare, home care and outpatient rehabilitation prepared Luke for the next stage in his career as the founder of PCT.  Professional and ethical sales skills and marketing strategies and tactics have been developed, tried and proven to work as a result of Luke & his teams’ 100-years of ‘real-life’ experience producing results.

Luke’s healthcare sales and marketing career began at Abbott Laboratories.  At Bryn Mawr Rehab Luke applied his Fortune 500 sales training experience to developing hospital, physician and other healthcare  referral sources and helping prospective patients make informed healthcare decisions.  Luke spent 8 years in the adult day healthcare segment of the senior living industry, moving on to experiences as an Area Sales Manager, Regional Operations Executive and Regional Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Sunrise Senior Living before starting PCT.

Patrick Fannon

Vice President of Sales

Patrick Fannon brings 15 years of experience as a senior living sales professional and sales leader, trainer and coach for profit and non-profit providers.  Joining PCT in 2017, Patrick’s proven track record of census growth and leading teams to success has had an immediate impact on PCT’s clients.

Susan Shealey

Director of Operations

Susan brings 25 years of healthcare sales, marketing and operations experience to PCT.  Her experience includes Adult Day Healthcare, Assisted Living.  As a licensed counselor she brings a unique dimension to her relationships with our clients helping to create an encouraging environment to develop and grow in.
