Our Company

was founded in April 2005 by Luke Fannon. Luke’s sales and marketing experience in the health/senior care industry is extensive and includes acute, sub-acute and outpatient rehabilitation, adult day health care, independent and assisted living, home healthcare, hospice and durable medical equipment. Luke has over 25 years experience as a proven sales leader, published author, speaker and trainer in all sectors of senior living and healthcare. Luke is joined by Susan Shealey and Patrick Fannon. Susan has over 25 years experience in healthcare sales, marketing, operations, and dementia programming. Patrick brings another 15 years experience serving as a sales and operational leader, coach and trainer for non-profit and for profit providers. Since 2005 Luke and PCT have assisted numerous clients and trained nearly 5000 healthcare professionals.
